Our aim on this website is to share with you the food we love and make. We think that teaching, explaining is one of the best ways to digest and make our own the new skills we have learned in the kitchen. Another way, is to practice constantly, that is to cook. ­čśÇ This will enable you to gain mastery in the use of raw materials that are very different even among themselves, paving the way for new skills. After all, making bread is very different from frying an egg, cleaning and cooking fish are a completely different world from baking cakes.
